“The hardest thing is to motivate people when you don’t have the answer”, CEO, Nestle.
Actually I think this statement is wrong. When you don’t have the answer you are left with having to ask questions.
Questions awake curiosity, invite exploration, kindle experimentation, allow for surprises, open new ways of thinking.
Questions generate options, disrupt stale corporate scripts, allow the future to win over the past, expose the possibility of ceaseless growth.
There is little that will motivate people more than that.
